How to Use the Gmail Shortcut “Mark as Unread”:

1. In Gmail, click on the gear icon in the top right corner and then select “See all settings” from the drop-down menu.

2. In the Settings menu, click on the “General” tab.

3. Scroll down until you find the “Keyboard shortcuts” section.

4. Click on the “Keyboard shortcuts on” option to enable keyboard shortcuts in Gmail.

5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “Save Changes” button.

6. Now that keyboard shortcuts are enabled, go to your Gmail inbox.

7. Select the email you want to mark as unread by clicking on it.

8. Press the “Shift + U” keys on your keyboard to mark the selected email as unread.

9. You will see the email’s status change to unread, allowing you to easily find and read it later.
