Add to Tasks Gmail Shortcut Tutorial

To use the Gmail shortcut “Add to Tasks”, follow these simple steps:

1. First, log in to your Gmail account using your email address and password.

2. Once you are in your inbox, click on the gear icon located in the top right corner of the screen. This will open a drop-down menu.

3. In the drop-down menu, select “See all settings” to access Gmail settings.

4. In the settings menu, click on the “Advanced” tab.

5. Scroll down until you find the “Keyboard shortcuts” option.

6. Make sure the keyboard shortcuts are enabled. If they are not already enabled, click on the radio button to turn them on.

7. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the settings page to save the changes you made.

8. Now, to use the “Add to Tasks” shortcut, open an email that you want to add to your tasks list.

9. With the email open, press the “Shift” key followed by the “T” key on your keyboard. This will automatically add the email to your tasks list.

10. You can then access your tasks list by clicking on the “Tasks” option located on the right side of your Gmail inbox.
