Here is a step-by-step guide on how to use the Gmail shortcut Previous conversation:

1. First, make sure that keyboard shortcuts are enabled in your Gmail account. To do this, open Gmail in your web browser and click on the gear icon in the top right corner.
2. In the dropdown menu, select “See all settings.”
3. In the “General” tab, scroll down until you find the “Keyboard shortcuts” section.
4. Make sure that keyboard shortcuts are set to “Keyboard shortcuts on.”
5. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click “Save Changes” to enable keyboard shortcuts in your account.
