1. Open your Gmail account in a web browser on your Mac.

2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen to open the settings menu.

3. Select “See all settings” from the dropdown menu.

4. In the Settings menu, navigate to the “Keyboard shortcuts” tab.

5. Make sure the keyboard shortcuts option is set to “Keyboard shortcuts on.”
