Print Gmail Shortcut Tutorial

Printing an email in Gmail is a simple process that can be done with the use of keyboard shortcuts. Follow these steps to enable keyboard shortcuts in Gmail and use the Print shortcut:

1. Open your Gmail account in your web browser.
2. Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of the screen and select “See all settings” from the dropdown menu.
3. In the Settings menu, navigate to the “General” tab.
4. Scroll down to find the “Keyboard shortcuts” section.
5. Click on the radio button next to “Keyboard shortcuts on” to enable keyboard shortcuts in Gmail.
6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Save Changes” button to apply the settings.
7. Now that you have enabled keyboard shortcuts, you can easily print an email by pressing the following keys:
– Press “P” to open the Print dialog box.
– You can make any necessary adjustments in the Print dialog box, such as selecting the printer and adjusting settings.
– Once you have set everything up, click on the “Print” button to print the email.

If turning Gmail’s shortcuts on by hand feels fiddly, the CMDK extension switches them on for you the moment you install it, so Print works right away with no setup.
